Kerry Hastings, Lead Training Advisor at Echo's Walsall based contact centre has been shortlisted for the 'Learning and Development Champion' award in the 2016 UK National Contact Centre Awards run by the CCMA.
Our Customer Liaison Team Manager Kevin O'Neill, based at our outsourced contact centre in Belfast, has also been named on the shortlist for the 'Customer Experience Champion' category.
We are delighted to hear this news and congratulate them both on what is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of their great work here at Echo. We also wish Kerry and Kevin the best of luck in the next stage of the judging process.
The 2016 National Contact Centre Awards will be held on May 18th at The Brewery in London.
