
Today marks a new chapter for Echo as it launches a refreshed brand identity.
Echo Managed Services, part of South Staffordshire Plc, and a specialist in multi-channel customer contact services and Salesforce-native water billing software, has today launched a refreshed brand identity – marking a new chapter for the business.
From today, the company will be known simply as Echo. This rebrand reflects the evolution of the business and its future ambitions, bringing together Echo and its water billing software brand, Aptumo, under one cohesive identity. This alignment better reflects how the business already operates; one team, one vision, delivering customer contact and billing solutions and expertise to the utilities sector across the UK, Australia and the United States.
Hayley Monks, managing director at Echo, said:
“The current Echo brand has served us well, but it no longer reflects the energy, ambition and innovation that defines us. This rebrand is a fresh look and feel for Echo– trustworthy, visionary, passionate, confident and collaborative. I’m excited to bring Echo and Aptumo together in a way that will provide more of a seamless brand experience across everything we do.”
The new visual identity features a bold typeface and a vibrant colour palette, making its debut at this week’s VicWater Annual Conference, at the Park Hyatt, Melbourne, Australia where Echo is proud to be the Principal Sponsor.
