Echo recognised for its customer-centric approach to debt collection for our client Northern Ireland Water
We are delighted to announce that Echo has been named a finalist in three categories of the prestigious 2016 Credit Strategy Utilities and Telecoms Awards.
Echo's field-based Customer Liaison Officers have delivered impressive results in the last year - improving both customer engagement and business outcomes for our client Northern Ireland Water.
It is therefore extremely rewarding for the Echo Northern Ireland team to be recognised in the hotly contested Water Team of the Year, Best Joint Customer Service Initiative of the Year and Best Outsourced Initiative of the Year categories.
The Awards celebrate, recognise and honour the hard work and best practice in the credit and collections profession. Now entering its 6th year, the renowned Awards unites the very best in the industry and the winners will be announced on September 29th.
We wish the whole Echo Northern Ireland team the best of luck for the awards ceremony and congratulate them on this fantastic achievement.
