Echo’s customers can now benefit from a new era of water billing software...
Echo Managed Services today announced it has launched Aptumo on Salesforce AppExchange, empowering water companies to improve customer experience, drive greater efficiency within their retail operations and become more agile through increased speed of change.
Built on the Salesforce Platform, Aptumo is currently available on AppExchange here for the UK water market and here for the Australian water market.
Aptumo
Aptumo is a modern, flexible and agile cloud billing solution, easily adapting and growing with evolving utility landscapes and customer needs. Water companies can reduce their billing, CRM and data integration headaches via a single data model across their customer service operations by choosing Aptumo.
"We are delighted to list Aptumo on AppExchange, following the successful development and launch of our software for the UK and Australian water markets. Choosing a billing system is a fundamental decision for our clients, and one that requires a long term commitment. However, utility markets are evolving at pace, and it’s never been more important to future-proof systems. Aptumo provides just that – architected to be dynamic, its ability to easily change and grow means it will fit the needs of water companies, now and in the future.”
Andy Mack, product director, Echo Managed Services
“Aptumo is a welcome addition to AppExchange, as it powers digital transformation for customers by providing a foundation for multi-channel digital customer interactions. AppExchange is constantly evolving to enable our partners to build cutting-edge solutions to drive customer success."
Woodson Martin, GM, Salesforce AppExchange
