Two Echo Managed Services employees have been named as finalists in the 2020 CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awards...
Echo is delighted to announce that two employees from our Walsall contact centre operation have been shortlisted as finalists at the 2020 CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awards.
The UK National Contact Centre Awards, run by the Call Centre Management Association for over 25 years, recognises individuals in the customer experience industry who are role models, striving to ensure their workplace is professional and industry-leading.
Kiran Brach, Echo Walsall's Digital Team Manager, is a finalist for Team Leader/Manager - Rising Star of the Year whilst Chris Lune, Metering Services Team Manager within our operation has been shortlisted for the Contact Centre Support Manager award.
Echo would like to congratulate our well-deserving finalists as they now move forward to the next stage of judging – face to face interviews. Whilst their journey is not over yet, just to have been shortlisted in these categories is a fantastic achievement, we wish them the best of luck as they continue through the process which ends with the Awards Ceremony in May.
