Echo is delighted to announce that eight employees from our Walsall contact centre operation have been shortlisted as finalists at the 2018 CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awards.
The UK National Contact Centre Awards, run by the Call Centre Management Association and now in its 22nd year, recognises individuals in the customer experience industry who are role models, striving to ensure their workplace is professional and industry leading.
James Edwards, Echo Walsall's Business Intelligence Manager, is a finalist for Contact Centre Support Manager of the year whilst Jo Adams, a team leader within our operation has been shortlisted for Team Manager of the Year.
Joanne Shepherd, Customer Experience and Quality Manager, is in the running for Customer Relations Manager of the Year and Echo Walsall’s Training Team (Kerry Hastings, Craig Harris, Elaine Kenyon and Mary-Ann Lawrence) have been recognised in the Learning and Development Team of the Year category.
This is a fantastic achievement given the organiser announced a record year of entry submissions, with 97 companies entering and submissions up 25% on last year. Echo would like to congratulate our well-deserving finalists as they now move forward to the next stage of judging – face to face sessions. We’re sure you’ll all join us in wishing them the best of luck in the process to come.
