We're delighted to have been shortlisted alongside our client South Staffs Water for three water sector and customer service focused awards...
Echo is delighted to be named as a finalist in this year's Utility Week Awards and the 2020 Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, alongside our client South Staffs Water.
South Staffs Water's community hub has been recognised for making a real difference to the lives of residents in Sandwell in the West Midlands, and we are proud to have supported our client with this innovative and important initiative.
The Utility Week awards
The Utility Week Awards are the gold standard of achievement for water and energy companies, rewarding and celebrating outstanding performance and innovation.
The South Staffs Water community hub has been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories; ‘Community Initiative of the Year’ and ‘The Customer Care Award’.
The ‘Community Initiative of the Year’ recognises an initiative, which makes a significant contribution to communities and benefits the recipients far more than the company.
The ‘Customer Care’ category recognises utility companies who demonstrate a true understanding of their customers’ wants and needs, as well as a genuine commitment to delivering against them.
The awards ceremony takes place on December 9th 2019, in London.
The Institute of Customer Service awards
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the only customer service awards run by the independent professional body for customer service and are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
The South Staffs Water community hub has been shortlisted in the 'Customer Satisfaction Innovation of the Year' category, which recognises new and innovative ways of improving customer satisfaction ratings which enhance overall customer experience and deliver business benefits.
The awards ceremony will take place in March 2020.
