Echo Managed Services, the UK water sector service and software specialist, is building on the success of its new Aptumo product with two new board-level appointments.
Aptumo, the company’s cloud-based utility customer billing solution, built on the Salesforce platform, has expanded its leadership team as the software grows its footprint in the UK and Australia.
The company has created the all-new position of Product Director, and appointed a new Software Services Director, both board-level positions which will help lead Echo’s strategy over the coming years.
“This is a hugely exciting time for Echo Managed Services. Aptumo’s development has been a great success so far, and investing in the software services leadership team at this time means we are well-placed to capitalise on the exciting opportunities that lay ahead. Andy has a breadth of experience and expertise in both the water sector and software, and I am confident he will thrive in his new role. Meanwhile David brings with him operational, management and change experience gained throughout his career, and will be an excellent new addition to the team."
Monica Mackintosh, Managing Director
Andy Mack, currently Echo’s Software Services Director, will move into the new role of Product Director. He will focus specifically on Aptumo’s on-going development in line with evolving market and client expectations to support the sector’s drives for improved customer experience, efficiencies and digitalisation.
“The development and launch of Aptumo has already proven a hugely rewarding, and I’m really looking forward to the next stage in our journey as we continue to enhance and develop the product and work alongside our growing partner network.”
