Wow! Exciting times here at Echo as we are shortlisted for no less than EIGHT industry awards.....

Here at Echo, we are delighted to have been recently shortlisted as finalists in a wide range of award programmes both in England and Northern Ireland...

The Credit Awards
Echo's debt collection agency, Grosvenor Services, is a shortlisted finalist in the “outsourced collections provider of the year” category at the Credit Awards, the most prestigious credit industry awards scheme in the UK.

The Belfast Telegraph Business Awards
Echo's Northern Ireland team and our client, Northern Ireland Water, are joint finalists in the “excellence in innovation” category in these regional business awards, having been recognised for innovative customer engagement in the field.

The CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awards
Lorraine Griffin, Litigation Team Manager at Echo Walsall has been shortlisted as a finalist in the “service team manager of the year” category at these contact centre awards, having being recognised for the work she has been doing to support our client South Staff Water and their Assure social tariff.

The South West Contact Centre Forum Awards
Echo's Bristol team are celebrating after being announced as finalists in two categories of these contact centre awards.  We'll be hoping to defend our "outsourced contact centre of the year" title, having won this accolade in 2016.  In addition, Andrew Cook, one of our advisor team is shortlisted in the hotly-contested "best customer service representative" category.

The UK Care Home Awards
Echo Bristol is a shortlisted finalist for two categories of these care home industry awards; “best for professional services provider” and “best communications supplier”, having been recognised for the dedicated enquiry helpline service we run for The Caring Homes Group.

The Bristol Life Awards
Echo Bristol is also a finalist in the “business services” category at the first annual Bristol Life awards, having been recognised for our customer service excellence, agility and close client partnerships.

These award shortlistings are testament to the hard work of all our teams in servicing our clients and their customers. We are looking forward to hearing if we have been successful in winning one or more of these awards in the coming months.
