In addition, Andrew Cook, one of our advisor team is shortlisted in the hotly-contested "best customer service representative" category.
The UK Care Home Awards
Echo Bristol is a shortlisted finalist for two categories of these care home industry awards; “best for professional services provider” and “best communications supplier”, having been recognised for the dedicated enquiry helpline service we run for The Caring Homes Group.
The Bristol Life Awards
Echo Bristol is also a finalist in the “business services” category at the first annual Bristol Life awards, having been recognised for our customer service excellence, agility and close client partnerships.
