Echo announces growth and recruitment drive due to a new contract in Northern Ireland and expansion into the Republic of Ireland...
After securing a new metering and billing contract in Northern Ireland, and following recent expansion into the Republic of Ireland, we are delighted to announce we're taking on an additional 30 team members in office and field roles that span across customer service, revenue and collections.
24 new team members will be based at our Northern Ireland office on Upper Queen Street, bolstering our existing 140-person strong workforce already in situ. A further six field-based roles are being filled across the border, as Echo expands into the Republic of Ireland.
This news follows our 10-year anniversary last week which saw all employees based in Northern Ireland invited to a party to celebrate the company's success over the last decade and to reward the hard work and loyalty of those who work here at Echo.
Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are key strategic target markets for us, and we fully expect this to be the first recruitment drive of many.
"It's an exciting time for Echo in Northern Ireland and we're looking forward to what 2017 has in store for us. The decision to grow our workforce is reflective of our commitment to growth in Northern Ireland; this is the first stage of our growth plan and we fully expect to continue to expand in the months ahead."
