Echo wins silver award in two categories of the prestigious 2018 CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awards...
Echo is delighted to announce success for its team at the 2018 CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awards, held in London on Tuesday May 15th.
The silver award for Learning and Development Team of the Year was presented to Echo's training team following a fantastic year that included the introduction of e-learning and a knowledge base tool to Echo's Walsall-based contact centre. Congratulations to the whole team: Kerry Hastings, Craig Harris, Elaine Kenyon and Mary Ann Lawrence.
Joanne Shepherd, Echo's Customer Experience and Quality Manager was awarded the silver accolade in the Customer Relations Manager of the Year category. Joanne was recognised for her work in customer experience improvement and complaint reduction.
Also named within the UK top 8 finalists in their areas of expertise were Echo's James Edwards in the Contact Centre Support Manager category and Jo Adams in the Team Manager - Multi-Channel category.
