Echo makes new appointment to support continued growth in the South-West........
We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new contact centre manager to support Echo's continued growth in the South West.
This new appointment comes as we continue to expand our operations in Bristol, with 100 people now employed in the South West. With over two decades of experience in leading contact centre teams, Gail Bidder will oversea the operational delivery across Echo Bristol's contact centre clients.
