Echo Managed Services announces a change of Managing Director.

South Staffordshire PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Monica Mackintosh as the new Managing Director of Echo Managed Services. Monica has been a member of Echo’s Board for seven years and in that time has supported the growth of the business into a leading provider of debt management, customer service and related technology in the water industry and energy market. Monica replaces Nigel Baker who has been Managing Director since 2014.

Adrian Page, South Staffordshire PLC Chief Executive, said “I am delighted with Monica’s appointment. She is the natural choice to continue the development of the Echo business and maximise the opportunities that are undoubtedly ahead of us. I would like to thank Nigel for his significant contribution during his time with the Group”.
