We’re pleased to announce that Aptumo, our next-generation customer and billing solution for water utility providers has secured a strategic partnership with Utility Solutions Partners (USP), to support our expansion into the United States.
Through our joint work with the leading system integrator specialist to the utility software industry, we will be able to help US water utilities with their billing management and communications.
Using our deep industry insights from years of work in the water sectors in the UK and now Australia, we will be able to assist US water utilities in the digital transformation of their billing and supporting their customers.
Our Aptumo solution is the next generation in water billing software and is a highly configurable system, built on Salesforce, which can be shaped around the operations of water companies of all sizes. Our partnership with USP will ensure our US customers maximise their investment in the new software, and provide implementation, integration, and support services to our users.
Monica Mackintosh, managing director of Echo Managed Services, commented: “Partnering with USP is a real step forward in our ambitious plans to expand our presence in the US utility market.
“With our foundations in utility-sector knowledge and customer support, we needed a partner that had a similar vision for customer experience in the water sector. USP’s unparalleled industry expertise and established client base, creates an ideal collaboration for us to deliver our solution across the US. We are highly passionate about improving customer experience in the water sector.”
Steven P. Casazza, president of USP, commented: “We are excited to partner with Aptumo to bring the power of Salesforce to water utilities. Its next-generation CIS and billing system offers a unique combination of flexibility and functionality, perfectly complementing our existing solutions designed for the water utilities.
