Echo is delighted to share audit success news from our wholly owned utilities specialist debt collection agency, Grosvenor Services...
Grosvenor Services was recently audited by Achilles as part of the UVDB category B2 verification process.
The Achilles UVDB Verify Audit provides pre-qualification assurance for utilities companies; enabling access to suitably pre-qualified suppliers they can confidently invite to tender.
Grosvenor achieved near-perfect scores across the board – 99% for Health and Safety, 100% for Environment, 100% for Quality and 100% for CSR.
“These are truly fantastic results which are testament to the hard work of the whole team, and to the high standards we all work to. Our verification enables us to demonstrate our excellence to both our existing and potential utilities clients.”
