Working for Echo in partnership with Northern Ireland Water (NI Water), this is a field-based role that covers the whole of Northern Ireland.
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious candidates who are wanting to progress their career to the next stage and can display impeccable standards of integrity with a customer centric focus. The hours of work will be 7:30 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday. The role will involve gathering, investigating, interpreting and analysing information to provide comprehensive responses to data quality queries allowing first time resolution and minimising repeat visits Liaison with Meter Reading and Query BAU teams, Meter Maintenance Support team, Metering Administration Support team and Echo BAU.
This role is for a fixed-term, finishing at the end of March 2021. A waiting list may be compiled for any vacancies that arise within the next 12 months

- 1 years’ full valid driving licence – with no restrictions
- 1 years’ field or utilities environment experience, this includes field based experience and/or interaction with field based staff to include dealing with, and resolving, customer & internal queries)
- Pro efficient in the usage of MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Experience in a customer interface environment
