Echo Managed Services are part of South Staffordshire Plc and we have a number of opportunities for customer service individuals who have a desire to succeed and achieve weekly and monthly targets within our Inbound Contact Centre Team.

Our Customer Service and Collections Advisors are experts in helping customers with a variety of queries from paying a bill, difficulty paying to supply issues. About you

We’re looking for people who are good listeners and enjoy talking to people. You’ll need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and Sat/Sun/Bank Hols 8-4pm. You’ll be taking calls either inbound or outbound speaking to customers and resolving queries. We offer individuals a chance to utilize their excellent customer service skills in a professional and friendly call centre environment. To ensure you are an expert on all products and services, you’ll go on a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your colleagues to help you succeed.

Customer Service Candidate

o Experience working within a customer service role, ideally in a call centre.

o Be an excellent listener with the ability to flexibly adapt to customer needs.

o Excellent communication skills, able to listen and engage with people and communicate empathy and concern.

o A positive attitude, and the confidence and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills.
