Echo Managed Services are part of South Staffordshire Plc and we have a number of opportunities for customer service individuals who have a desire to succeed and achieve weekly and monthly targets within our Inbound Contact Centre Team.
Our Customer Service and Collections Advisors are experts in helping customers with a variety of queries from paying a bill, difficulty paying to supply issues. We’re looking for people who are good listeners and enjoy talking to people. You’ll need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and Sat/Sun/Bank Hols 8-4pm. You’ll be taking calls either inbound or outbound speaking to customers and resolving queries. We offer individuals a chance to utilize their excellent customer service skills in a professional and friendly call centre environment. To ensure you are an expert on all products and services, you’ll go on a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your colleagues to help you succeed.
Customer Service Candidate
o Experience working within a customer service role, ideally in a call centre.
o Be an excellent listener with the ability to flexibly adapt to customer needs.
o Excellent communication skills, able to listen and engage with people and communicate empathy and concern.
o A positive attitude, and the confidence and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills.
