Sharing Best Practice

The RapidXtra User Group provides a unique opportunity for customers to influence the strategic direction of the product and, where appropriate, share development costs for mutual gain. Chaired by a representative from one of RapidXtra's customers, the group also provides the forum for informal benchmarking of business processes, as well as other best practice initiatives.
In addition to business led initiatives, a customer technical group also meets to ensure best practice in areas such as database management, archiving, backup strategy and technical initiatives.
